The Opportunity

PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology & AI Automation Freelancer / Consultant to help scale and modernize our staffing and recruiting business through AI, automation, CRM optimization, operational systems, and marketing technology.

This is not a traditional IT support role.

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented technology partner who understands:

- Staffing and recruiting operations

- AI workflow automation

- CRM / ATS systems

- LinkedIn-driven business development

- Marketing technology

- Automation infrastructure

- Operational scaling

This person will work directly with leadership to build scalable systems that improve recruiter productivity, automate repetitive processes, strengthen social selling initiatives, improve marketing operations, and support business growth.

What Success Looks Like

The ideal consultant will help PEG:

- Automate repetitive workflows

- Improve Bullhorn ATS/CRM workflows

Core Responsibilities

AI & Automation Development

Build practical automation systems using tools such as:

- ChatGPT

- Claude

- Make.com

- Zapier

- APIs

- Bullhorn Automation

- LinkedIn tools

- CRM integrations

Develop automations for:

- Social media workflows

- Recruiter alerts

- Lead routing and segmentation

- Candidate nurturing

- Email sequencing

- Reporting dashboards

- AI-assisted content creation

- Data synchronization between systems

- Operational workflow optimization

Bullhorn ATS / CRM Optimization

- Import, organize, and clean large recruiting and marketing datasets

- Eliminate duplicate data issues

- Improve workflow automation inside Bullhorn

- Build scalable segmentation systems

- Create efficient recruiter and sales workflows

- Improve integrations between Bullhorn and marketing systems

- Support data mapping and process standardization

LinkedIn & Social Selling Infrastructure

Help PEG build a scalable recruiter-driven social selling ecosystem by:

- Streamlining LinkedIn posting workflows

- Automating portions of social content distribution

- Improving recruiter branding consistency

- Creating scalable content systems

- Improving engagement tracking and reporting

- Supporting recruiter visibility and audience growth

Marketing Technology & Systems Integration

- Connect systems using APIs and automation tools

- Improve lead generation workflows

- Support SEO and AI visibility initiatives

- Recommend technology stack improvements

- Create scalable SOPs and operational systems

- Troubleshoot automation failures and workflow issues

- Support website and marketing operations initiatives
