We're hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing global manufacturing company as a key player on its finance team in Creve Coeur, Missouri. What You'll Do

- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely close processes.

- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Partner with Human Resources and other business teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure accurate reporting of employee-related expenses.

- Manage accounting activities related to accruals, prepaids, payroll, benefits, relocation expenses, tariffs, and other balance sheet and income statement accounts.

- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing analyses and monitoring departmental spending.

- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to requests, and maintaining supporting documentation.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and special projects that strengthen financial controls and reporting efficiency.

To Succeed, It Would Help If You Have

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with a large company and/or public accounting firm.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and variance analysis.

- Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor XA, OneStream, or BlackLine is a plus.
