What You’ll Do:

- Ensure accurate financial records by reviewing transactions, processing credits, and updating customer accounts.

- Manage invoicing processes, including uploading and generating billing statements.

- Provide top-tier customer support by handling billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

- Process and record payments efficiently to maintain up-to-date financial data.

- Stay organized by managing invoice distribution and meeting critical deadlines.

What You Bring:

- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable. 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
