We’re partnering with a St. Louis-based manufacturer with decades of industry success to hire a Manufacturing Engineer focused on welding operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around welding processes and wants to own improvements, not just suggest them.

If you like being close to the floor, solving production issues in real time, and driving efficiency where it actually matters—keep reading.

Why This Role

- Competitive compensation ($70K–$90K)

- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401K, etc.)

- High-impact role with visibility across production and leadership

This isn’t a “sit behind a desk and review prints” kind of job. You’ll be in it—fixing problems, improving output, and making welding operations run better every day.
