Senior Project Manager (Construction) — St. Louis, MO (Local Projects / No Travel)

Direct Hire | Up to $140K Base + Bonus

A reputable St. Louis-based General Contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a strong pipeline of local projects (no travel required).

What you’ll do

- 
 Lead projects from precon through closeout (PM ownership with real autonomy)

- 
 Partner with estimating and field teams to drive schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction

- 
 Manage a mix of delivery methods: conceptual and hard bid

- 
 Oversee ground-up and build-out work

Project mix

- 
 Typical project size: $1M–$15M

- 
 Approximately 90% local work

- 
 Strong focus on retail, plus civic/municipal, historic renovations, education, medical, and other commercial work

What they’re looking for

- 
 Seasoned GC-side PM experience

- 
 Background in both estimating and project management (ideal)

- 
 Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving without drama

Compensation

 Base salary up to $140K + bonus (based on experience)
