What you’ll be doing:

If you thrive on organization, accuracy, and being the go-to person who keeps things moving, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in supporting lease transactions from start to finish by:

- Partnering with customers to coordinate orders with approved vendors

- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentation

- Entering and managing asset and lease data in the system with a high level of precision

- Coordinating approvals to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time

- Preparing lease closing documents

What you bring to the table:

- 1 + year of experience in lease administration, contract processing, customer service, or accounts payable

- Business-related degree a plus but not required

- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and financial documents

- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss

- Strong data entry and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Bonus points for knowledge of hardware terminology, AP processes, or banking experience
