We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Hiawatha, IA. What You'll Be Doing

 Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend products, materials, and value-added solutions

 Prepare accurate quotes, pricing proposals, and cost calculations while maintaining profitability goals

 Manage customer orders from initial inquiry through fulfillment and delivery

 Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support strategic accounts and business objectives

 Monitor customer activity, project timelines, and order status to ensure exceptional service

 Support new business development initiatives and identify opportunities for account growth

 Participate in customer visits, industry events, trade shows, training programs, and team meetings as needed

 Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up

 Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or technical product experience preferred
