Hiring a Senior Accountant in St. Louis, MO to support continued growth of well love St. Louis consumer brand. This role will work closely with the Director of Accounting and play a key part in strengthening the month end close and overall accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- 
 Prepare and review account reconciliations

- 
 Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts

- 
 Manage general ledger activity

- 
 Prepare and review journal entries

- 
 Support and help improve the month end close process

- 
 Assist in transitioning responsibilities currently handled by the Director of Accounting

- 
 Partner with staff accountants and billing team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

- 
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

- 
 3+ years of accounting experience

- 
 Experience with an ERP system required

- 
 Ability to work independently in an in office environment
