Location: Des Peres, Missouri Employment type: Contract Source: PEG Staffing job board (Bullhorn job 4265) Change Lead Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid Work Schedule) Contract Duration: 6 Months Industry: Financial Services PEG is seeking an experienced Change Leader to support critical transformation initiatives for a financial services client in the St. Louis area. In this role, you will lead change management and adoption strategies that drive successful transitions to new business processes, tools, and enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results through effective change leadership. Key Responsibilities As a Change Lead, you will: - Lead the change management and adoption strategy for high-impact initiatives and enterprise system implementations - Write, manage, and support communication efforts for major change initiatives as well as day-to-day organizational communication needs - Partner closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities are aligned, coordinated, and harmonized across the organization - Identify risks, resistance points, and gaps in adoption, developing corrective action plans to address challenges proactively - Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated change delivery and adoption plan for critical initiatives - Create communication materials and key messages, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality change deliverables - Ensure messages reach the right audiences at the right time through appropriate communication channels - Evangelize the purpose of change by clearly articulating the benefits and value of planned initiatives Required Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or adoption strategy - Experience supporting change initiatives within financial services environments preferred - Demonstrated ability to build and execute effective change strategies for complex initiatives - Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes - Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, metrics, and adoption indicators - Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to organizational objectives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Top Required Skills - Strategic change planning and execution - Driving measurable business results - Data and insights-based decision-making - Strong alignment of change initiatives to business goals - Stakeholder engagement and communication expertise Benefits - Health - Vision - Dental
