What You'll Do

- Lead daily production activities and workflow

- Manage inventory and material requirements

- Allocate work orders and support production teams

- Assist with quality control and process improvements

- Support equipment maintenance and operational efficiency

- Onboard and train new employees

- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity

- Highly trainable with a desire to learn

- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

- Leadership experience or leadership potential

- Proficiency with Excel and technology

- Manufacturing, operations, inventory, or production experience preferred

- Bachelor Degree
