Manufacturing Engineer – Metal Tubing / Welding 

We’re hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with real experience in metal tubing, welding, and fabrication. This is a floor-focused role—someone who can step in, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes, not just analyze them.

What You’ll Do

- Improve and optimize manufacturing processes

- Troubleshoot equipment, production, and quality issues

- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains

- Support production and maintenance teams on the floor

Must-Have

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

- 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience

- Direct experience with metal tubing, welding, or fabricated assemblies

- Strong hands-on troubleshooting + process improvement skills
