Customer Service Representative

Location: St. Louis, MO (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

We are partnering with a fast-growing telehealth company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails from patients

- Respond to inquiries related to medications, orders, and general support

- Assist users within a patient portal system

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer service

- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
